Mahdi Bashir Adel
Owner & Chief Executive Officer
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Entrepreneur since 2008, having founded and led multiple successful ventures across a diverse range of industries.
Fuel & Petroleum Derivatives Trading
Began his career in 2008 in the fuel and petroleum derivatives trading sector, building deep market knowledge and an extensive network that laid the foundation for his later ventures across multiple industries.
Food & FMCG
Founded the Group's Food & FMCG business in 2018, distributing high-quality consumer goods across regional markets. In 2026, expanded operations into the manufacturing of food and protein products, adding an in-house production capability to the division.
Real Estate
Entered the UAE real estate sector in 2025, founding a real estate company that has since grown into one of Dubai's leading names in the industry, known for its portfolio of premium property developments and transactions.
Building Materials Trade
Entered the building materials trade in 2014. Formalized this expertise in 2024 by registering a dedicated company to enter the Dubai market, supplying quality materials to contractors and developers across the region.
Trading & AI
Active in financial trading since 2015. In 2026, combined years of market expertise with technology to develop and register a proprietary algorithmic trading system, reflecting a continued commitment to innovation at the intersection of finance and AI.
